The Mahogany Farm `Los Dos Rios` has a total area of 642,913 mē and is directly located along the road connecting Rio San Juan to Los Palmaritos, 20 km from the coastal town of Rio San Juan. For local orientation use the following GPS points:

The farm is well equipped with a house for 14 people, a storage shed and supply of electricity, water and a telephone line. There are two rivers which run through the entire land. They provide the water supply of the whole territory. The very good soil quality with high fertility constitutes an ideal basis for the cultivation and rearing of mahogany and cocoa trees.
The farm owner used this optimal basics to start the Mahogany project `Los Dos Rios`. The last 12 months the farm has been constantly supervised and maintained by the operator of Majestic Trees. The following plantings were implemented:
- Eleven thousand (11,000) American Mahogany trees (Swietenia macrophylla) were planted, photographed, registered and recorded with GPS data in a database.
- Also four thousand six hundred and eight and forty (4,648) American Mahogany trees (Swietenia macrophylla) have already been planted as young trees on the land.
- Furthermore Eight thousand five hundred and fifty (8,550) cocoa trees and Twenty-six thousand and twenty-three (26.023) cooking banana were planted.
These plantations are judged profitable as follows:
- There is already an annual income with the harvest of the cooking bananas
- After five years the cocoa harvest is available
- After 12 years it can be started with the harvesting of American Mahogany trees
The profits of these harvests will be in the double-digit percentage range.
The owner would like to sell this farm for personal reasons and is looking for a successor who continues with the Mahogany project `Los Dos Rios` by their own cultivation or as an investment with the operating company Majestic-Trees.
